If you have lost the login information for Compass, and MASTER MASTER no longer works, please follow these steps:
- Email the following files to support@ademco.com. These files can be found by default in C:\compass\database. (Your database path may be different)
- Download.mdb
- E20001.mdb
- History.mdb
- Must also include your first and last name, company name, ADI account number
- Provide the information of at least one account in your database, to show your authenticity
- Please allow 5 business days, for a reply.
- Note, if Ademco Tech Support is unable to verify, your name, company, and ADI account number, we will be unable to complete this process.
