If only one ACCOUNT is giving this message then run dbrepair on all *.mdb files located in Compass/Database. If ALL accounts give this message it MAY BE what is described below. It has been found, that McAfee "safe and sound" back up utility, at times will cause this error, when it has been loaded "AFTER" compass was installed. The only remedy around this is to uninstall the McAfee software, and reinstall, not selecting the "safe and sound" to be loading with virus software |
